I am passionate about helping clients achieve their potential and live happier and healthier life. I am also passionate about helping them change what they would like to change and grow. 

I have warm, genuine, and gentle approach. I accept each client as a unique individual with strengths and weaknesses. My approach is not judgemental. Whilst I accept and understand clients at the same time, I am compassionate about helping them change and achieve what they want to change and achieve. 

I am particularly good at accepting clients and being non-judgemental.

I love nature and I spend time in nature at least once a week. I find nature nurturing and grounding. I like to keep healthy and fit and love being with family and friends. I like cooking, reading a good book and enjoying the small and simple things in life.

Nobody is perfect. Self-acceptance leads to change and growth.
