Mindfulness is your ability to be fully present, to be aware of what you are experiencing and doing. When you are mindful you are more reflective and less reactive or overwhelmed. You focus on sensing and perceiving. You avoid judging, thinking or interpreting. You see reality as it is. Being mindful will set you free! It is no wonder that so many people have practised this over thousands of years. Now, thanks to extensive research, the practice has been proven to be extremely effective for keeping ourselves centred and balanced.
