Mental health resource for rural doctors
Dear Doctor,
Our program is tailored for the rural people of Australia. Rural people trust their local doctors for referring to reliable mental health help, therefore we are seeking your support and collaboration.
We hope to build strong relationships and make sure that you value our work.
We have been successful in our recent collaborations with a few remote medical centres and we hope to have the opportunity to work with your practice.
Collaboration with doctors is essential for patient care and we work hard to offer high quality service to your patients.
How do we do that?
1. Selection
We carefully select each psychologist on the platform: screening applications, interview, reference check. We only enrol psychologists with life and professional experience.
2. Quality assurance
We request feedback from patients about their experience and we share it with you so you can tell the quality of the service. See Reviews. We encourage you to share with us any negative experience patients may have had with one of our counsellors.
3. Updates
We update you as soon as the patient commences counselling and we send reports about important milestones during the counselling.
4. Psycho-education tools
We offer patients and their helpers self-help and psycho-educational tools which they can utilise. Please visit Resources.
